Q: I don't have an account with PayPal, can I still order something?
A: You don't need an account with PayPal to order through us, we just use them to process our online monetary transactions. It's very safe, and they only request the information neccessary to process your order.
Q: I'm from another country, but the item I want is in USD...
A: You don't need to worry about different currencies, PayPal will convert any currency, and you don't have to do anything.
Q: I bought a design download, now what do I do?
A: Wait for the confirmation email including the download link, and follow the instructions in the email. You should have already seen this page.
Q: I didn't recieve an email with my download link, what happened?
A: Sometimes your email provider will put an email in the junk folder before you even see it, so be sure to check your junk folder, and add the domain tattoo.houselavender.com to your safe senders list.
Q: I checked my junk folder and I still don't have it, now what?
Q: I didn't receive an email confirmation about my studio flash order, what do I do?
A: Sometimes studio flash orders take a while to get processed, but you should have already received a confirmation from PayPal regarding your order from Tattoo at House Lavender. If you do not receive an order confirmation from us within 24 hours, contact us immediately.
